The Personal Protective Equipment at Work (Amendment) Regulations 2022 (PPER 2022) is an amendment to the previous 1992 Regulations (PPER 1992) and came into law on 6 April 2022.

Employers will need to familiarise themselves with this amendment and ensure they have updated their current procedures to comply with any changes that apply to their workplace.

You can find details of this amendment to the PPE regulations here: https://www.hse.gov.uk/ppe/ppe-regulations-2022.htm
